Direct crypto execution is in controlled beta. Select Get started to create your merchant account. Crypto activation remains subject to supported assets, networks and merchant eligibility. The examples on this page do not connect a wallet or submit a transaction.
The protected order uses a stable settlement asset during the hold. If the buyer pays with another supported asset, the checkout quote defines the conversion and costs. This is a protection workflow, not a promise of investment returns or token-price protection.
The dispute window starts after verified delivery. A blockchain payment confirmation alone does not start or complete the delivery protection period. An open dispute pauses release.
The buyer raises an issue, the seller can respond, and the evidence is reviewed. The outcome can be release or an approved refund, including any required return. Refund details follow the order’s protection policy.
Stripe-managed stablecoin payments use the Stripe payment flow and the default EnsureBack fee of 0.59% + 19¢, subject to eligibility. Direct EnsureBack crypto POS uses a separate crypto payment flow and a 1% EnsureBack fee.
